Each spring, The BNA hosts the largest coin show in Upstate New York: The Gold and Silver Expo. This three-day event is filled with fun and activities for everyone. There is food, prizes, youth activities, and a Coin Collecting Merit Badge Clinic for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and interested siblings. The Gold and Silver Expo is conveniently located at The Knights Event Center in Cheektowaga, New York (close to Buffalo). All facilities at The Gold and Silver Expo are handicap accessible, and the general public is welcome to attend.

The Gold and Silver Expo has approximately 60 tables and attracts over 40 dealers from across the northeastern United States. Most are coin dealers, but some also deal in stamps and paper currency. Come by yourself or bring the family — the Gold and Silver Expo will have something for everyone!

Since 1927, The Buffalo Numismatic Association (The BNA) has been dedicated to promoting the hobby of coin and money collecting. The Buffalo Numismatic Association is a coin club that sponsors monthly coin shows, supports youth activities, and meets on a regular basis to plan shows and educational activities.
