The Milwaukee Numismatic Society (MNS) is a non-profit educational organization which was founded on October 29, 1934. The MNS is the oldest and largest numismatic organization in Milwaukee area devoted to the study of money. The purpose of the society is to educate its members and the general public about the exciting hobby of numismatics. Through its monthly meetings and educational programs, the society's members and visitors learn about coins, tokens and paper money.
