The Wilmington Coin Club is chartered as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Delaware and is dedicated to promoting interest in and enjoyment of the collection and study of coins, paper currency, tokens and medals, and was created for the benefit of its members and the local numismatic community. The original Wilmington Coin Club (WCC) was founded in the 1940s, but ceased to meet sometime during the 1950s. In the 1960's, the Club was reorganized and has held regular meetings ever since. WCC is dedicated to promoting interest in coin collecting through both social and educational activities. Our membership ranges from beginners to experts, and visitors are always welcome to attend our regular meetings.
